James has many years experience in the food industry, he spent the first 25 years of his career working as a chef all over Australia, as well as in London and Paris, this not only increased his chef skills but has given him a deep insight into how food businesses work. James has also owned and run a bulk cooking business that provided ready meals to the public and supermarkets, as well as working as a food inspector and auditor for different food businesses and state governments.
